Value is directly related to customer support. Customer support there is non-existent. I had trouble with my email setup.. I still have trouble. I talked to an arrogant brat who referred me to a U-tube show that was useless. He said that was as much as he would do. I’m moving out.

Of course this is a preliminary review since I have not been here long. But the move to my new server from my old host company was flawless.

Great hosting company, local never had any unscheduled problems… Would recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately when it came down to cancel my service they charged my anyways and didn’t cancel. Instead i looked through my emails and they decided to have a conversation about it. I emailed very clearly to cancel and didn’t bother to check back for a rebuttal. Emailed back this was in 11/28/2011 so we’ll see what i have to deal with once they get back to me in terms of my refund.
