I would never ever use this web host again – they say they offer a “money back guarantee”, however when you try to get your refund, you get told that it has been passed to a billing specialists who will get back to you within 24-48 hours. This never happens and no money has been returned. Beware!

I run a blog uread.co.cc . I remove it from Hostgator to ipage in oct., 2010 because of cheap monthly fee of USD42/yr. Last month I receved thier bill next yr is USD107.4/yr but they are offering USD3.5/Mo to the new custoumers. If you looking for a cheap hosting provider keep away form ipage. By the way thier speed is much slower than Hostgotor. Every time I open my home page, it take 3 to 4 seconds with no response. Now I’m looking for new cheap hosting.

Fetch worked to upload, so I bought it, then suddenly it did not work and iPage has no upload support except a link to Cute Ftp which worked immediately and was already set up with information conflicting such as “port 222″ instead of “port 21″, and at least ten other items!

I would now have to buy Cute ftp. How many types of software will I be “forced” to buy? One is too many!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS IPAGE!!!

This is one of the poorest and greedy-ist webpage service I have used, do NOT get conned by their refund policies. I purchased the service, paid over £130 in total, after using it for one day, it was very poor quality, no good editing tools (unless your a html pro). so i i decided to cancel. I got refunded £28!!!! they have taken over £100 (£15 is admin fee) saying it is out of their control and cant refund the rest back).
Please i request all of you DO NOT use IPAGE and lose your money, for a simple webpage use GBBO, its FREE and much better features than IPAGE, thats what I am using now. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my awful experience.

Do not touch!!! We signed up and paid for 5 years, wish we never did.Their server goes down all time and we lost lots of business since our web page is not accessible most of time and e-mails don’t work either.They have now been down completely for past few days, to the point that u can’t even open their own page at all.That is worse it’s ever been so far, but it just happens few times every month! What a waist of money they are!!!
Will try to sue them for compensation for loss of business as soon as their webpage is back on and I can actually contact them…
Very angry!
