I used ixwebhosting’s services for 4 months. Every month there was a problem with their service. It is very often that my website is slow or won’t load.
Their servers experience at least 3 major ddos attacks that slowed down my website and other websites for hours and sometimes days.
Their support staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, their service is too unreliable.
