I was first not sure whether to take their services or not after reading the so many negative reviews about IX Web Hosting. But when I visited their site, I went through their packages, rates and features. To my benefit,,, I was happy with all that was promised and wished to try the services. I took the very basic plan to start with and within quite some time, I upgraded the plan to a more advanced one. Now I have been using the services from IX web Hosting since last 2 years and can say it loud that I trust them. IX Web Hosting is a nice web host service provider that has gained the loyalty and trust of many a customer now and I am one of them.

I have 6 sites hosted with this web host through a single account. The key to be successful is to start out at a small rate and then upgrade when you create domains. Customer service is pretty well and so far, all my queries have been solved with ease and all things are fine. I have used IX Web Hosting for 4 years now and have not had any major difficulties. Every month there was a problem with their service. It is very often that my website is slow or won't load. Their servers experience at least 3 major ddos attacks that slowed down my website and other websites for hours and sometimes days. Their support staff is friendly and helpful.
