JustHost is an amazing web host. I’ve been hosting with them for over 2 years now and their service is incredible. The uptime is very good – my site has only been down once in 2 years and it was only a few minutes. Everything loads quickly too! Their support is great too – but I suggest you call their phone support if you need anything urgent – Live Chat can sometimes be 100% automated… which sucks big time. Other than that, they’re an absolutely amazing Web host for the price and I strongly recommend them!

What all I enjoy with this service provider include unlimited email accounts, web space, domain hosting and MySQL databases, no hidden charges and free domain as well as instant set up.
Support is fabulous and I am quite happy with it. I have indeed contacted the support team almost five to six times and have found that the staff resolved my queries instantly. The support team is knowledgeable as well as friendly.

Just Host is an okay web hosting company that offers some nice features to clients like me and you. I am not so happy with every field and one of them is the customer support system. Though the representatives are friendly and warm, but they do not offer speedy help that sometimes irritates me. Otherwise, the web hosting company is okay for small businesses.
This place is a SCAM!! They make claims they dont hold up to and try to force customers into dedicated hosting. I have been with them for 2 years. About a yr ago this all started with the “suspending sites” and trying to force you into dedicated hosting. funny thing is the sites they suspend are big in name, however only take a couple hundred hits per month. It takes them forever to respond to the issue via E-Mail which is the ONLY way to contact supprt. I am starting to move all my sites to another server , but is so time consuming is the only reason I hadnt done this yet. BEWARE!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT be scammed by this company!! Take your bussiness elsewhere!! you will be Much Happier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company ignored my request to cancel my account and then 19 days later, charged my credit card for another year. Now they have given me a partial refund, but have kept $49.90 of a new year’s subscription that had been cancelled. Stay away from this company. They refuse to deal with you by phone, only e-mail.
The awful web hosting ever I saw. I have canceled my account and moved to another hosting. I will never recommend JustHost to my friends.
The support and assistance there is below zero.
My story is: I was a platinum account holder more than a year. I asked to change my plan from monthly to yearly plan. And they charged from my card an amount for 1,5 year and instead I got the Suspended Account message. About during a month period I couldn’t solve this problem via on-line chat, phone call and via submitting tickets. And most interesting that they tracked my payment as not refundable !!!
I can describe it only as а fraud and theft.
Very, very poor. In summary:
1.) Before buying you can see their phone number. After you buy, they drop a cookie each time you log in that hides their phone numbers.
2.) There is no way to unlock a domain for transfer or get your EPP code through the control panel. If you have whois privacy, there is no way to disable it without contacting support, which prevents you form transferring the domain.
3.) They cannot help you from LiveChat or on the phone unless you have a ticket id…
4.) However when you create a support ticket, it does not give you a ticket ID and does not send you an e-mail. Only when they finally reply do you get a ticket ID. This means that
5.) Bait and switch sales tactics. Signed up at $70, renewal was $220. All add-ons are also over priced.
6.) I created a new e-mail address when I signed up and started to receive spam a short while later. Maybe they got hacked, maybe an employee sold it, who knows.
7.) The positive reviews on this page are clearly posted by the company themself. Just look at them.
I took up a reseller account with JustHost a few months ago. After an initial glitch, quickly rectified, where they did not give me the correct access to my WHM cPanel, I have found that the settingup of accounts and cPanel have been good.
I only use email for support and have always received replies withing 30 minutes – much better than many hosting companies. I can’t understand those who say they do not receive replies to email support.
I have 2 main concerns and hence the Overall Rating being 3. Often my websites take some time to render and I suspect the server is overloaded.
Secondly, one of my clients is not happy that their web statistics, which they use and rely on, now have North America time and this can’t be changed. We are in Australia and this issue is causing me grief at the moment.
So overall a cheap hosting package with quick email support but be aware of the slow server response which you should check before signing up.
